You'll also get to chat with your dedicated sales punk, ready to guide you and answer any burning questions. We’ll also help nail the design, decoration and everything else to get you the best result.

APPROVE QUOTE & MOCKUP
Once you accept the quote, we’ll send you a digital mock-up design with your discussed logo/design for approval. Give us the green light, and we’ll roll into production after payment.

PAYMENT
Once you approve your mockup and quote, full payment is needed to kick off production. Pay securely with any major credit card or show your bank account some love with a quick transfer.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
Once we receive your full payment, production begins, and we’ll keep you in the loop throughout. When your order's ready to roll, we’ll send you tracking details so you can watch it make its way to you.

What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom merchandise?

Our minimum order quantity varies by product, but the rule of thumb is, if the product $-value is lower, the MOQ is higher to decrease the decoration/customisation cost per item.

How do I submit my design or logo?

You can upload your design directly on our website when you submit your quote request or email your files in a high-resolution vector format to sales@promopunks.com.au.

Can I see a sample or proof before my order is finalised?

Absolutely! We provide a digital proof for your approval before beginning production. For larger orders usually $5,000+ we offer pre-production samples we credit later with placing the order.

How long does it take to produce and ship my custom order?

Production times can vary and are never guaranteed, but typically it takes 7-10 business days after design and digital proof is approved and invoice paid in full. Shipping times will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. Custom manufactured products from overseas take around 4-8 weeks. For Express orders of particular 'express-products' we aim to deliver within 5 business days.

Can I mix and match sizes or colours in one order?

Yes, you can mix sizes and colours of the same products to reach the product specific MOQ.

What are your payment options?

We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers.

Can I reorder a previous design without going through the entire process again?

Absolutely! We save your previous designs, making reorders quick and painless.

Do you offer eco-friendly or sustainable merchandise options?
