You can upload your design directly on our website when you submit your quote request or email your files in a high-resolution vector format to quote@promopunks.com.au.

Production times can vary and are never guaranteed, but typically it takes 7-10 business days after design and digital proof is approved and invoice paid in full. Shipping times will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. Custom manufactured products from overseas take around 4-8 weeks. For Express orders of particular 'express-products' we aim to deliver within 5 business days.

Absolutely! We provide a digital proof for your approval before beginning production. For larger orders usually $5,000+ we offer pre-production samples we credit later with placing the order.

We wish we could hand out free samples to everyone, but unfortunately, that’s not quite in the cards. However, you can order a blank sample to check out the quality before making a decision. If you go ahead with the full order, we’ll happily credit the sample cost back to you!
For our returning clients or new customers with quotes over $1,500, we may offer free pre-order blank samples on a case-by-case basis—just as long as the sample cost (including shipping) doesn’t exceed 3% of the total order value.

To initiate a refund, please contact your Sales Punk and we organise the pick up of all ordered items. Once received, our team will promptly examine the order to verify the problem. If your refund request is approved after our review, we will process the refund accordingly. This policy helps us maintain high quality standards and improve production processes.
